A lot of people ask me questions.
I try and answer them to the best of my knowledge. I will start listing them here, for everyone.

Question Details: Team Spirit !!
Over a period of time, I have realised that organisations have different cultures in various departments and teams. In the quest to tardily adapt to these shifts I am keen to know the following:
How will you (as an individual) inculcate ‘team spirit’ within team members in the team?
How will you (as an individual) handle a high-headed person at work or within a team?
How will you (as an individual) handle a stupid, low-level IQ headed person at work or within a team?
Thanks in advance for your considerations.

Now that, THAT is of my chest..here's the inside scoop.
Teams are made of people.
People tend to like or dislike other people. it doesn't matter whether you are on the same team or out there trying to slaughter each other (actually I think, competing brings another angle to the attraction part, I know of a lot of couples from competing sales teams!..but more than later...)
So either get people who like each other together or pay them a lot to succeed!
People tend to like people like them, so ensure there are no stupid, low IQ guys on a team that has stars and as for your high-headed person, either crush the ego (if you have it in you as a manager) or just get him to lead!
