HOW TO ANSWER| If an interviewer asks you why you want to leave your present job which is in your home town.

The Question was posted by anonymous, but here are my responses.
I invite more questions for me to answer and what you think the possible answers could be.  Leave your comments.
My Responses :

1. I dont want to be a frog in a well (use this only if the interview has been great so far and the interviewer is smiling)

2. A life lived is one with varied experiences. A new place is an all new learning in people, nuances, culture and I am sure me.

3. The Job is so good, I would take it up at the farthest corner of the earth.

4. I really want to get away from my home town. its difficult when one is so loved and popular, but then, I would like to share the love with more people. (say this with a mischievous smile!)

5. America wasn't discovered by staying at home.

@Anon this is a bigger answer. you have to understand that the interviewer is not there to reject you but to select you. he/she wants to know that you will do the job well and are a good fit for the team.

my suggestions would include:
- know the jd, the company and the interviewer if possible
- audit your own fit
- suggest your fit
- demonstrate your skill & eagerness

I will do a detailed post for your question soon

cheers!
