I started this blog to write about career success. Thats it.

I now believe there can be no success in a vacuum. You cannot just be successful at work. You, your life, your very being is meant for more and to explore and fulfill that destiny, that legacy, that is what this blog will now assist you to achieve.

The Eclat Way? Here is the dictionary meaning of

1. brilliance of success, reputation, etc.: the éclat of a great achievement.
2. acclamation; acclaim.

I chose this name was to ensure I was driven by the name itself; To achieve not just success but brilliant success.

So that is why the name.

8. Environmental Success – home, garden, saving the planet

9. Time Success – longevity, time management

10. Collective Success – the product of effective teamwork
